RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation or modification within one (1) hour of purchase by contacting us.

After this period, the order is automatically processed and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

If you no longer wish to keep your order after delivery, you must wait to receive it and then return it according to the conditions below.

 


 

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in their original packaging

Any item that is used, damaged, incomplete, or not returned in its original packaging may be refused.

Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

 


 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are damaged, used, or not returned in their original packaging

  • Items returned after 30 days

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout, a store credit equal to the item value will be issued once the return is received.

Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Returns are shipped to Dubai.

All return shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We do not guarantee receipt of untracked return shipments.


 

Address Errors & Refused Parcels

Orders returned due to an incorrect address or refusal by the customer are not refundable.

A new shipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
