Return & Refund Policy – VitaBurn®

VitaBurn® is a consumable dietary supplement intended for human consumption.

For hygiene, food safety, quality control, and consumer protection reasons, all VitaBurn® purchases are Final Sale.

Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used products;
  • Products with broken or removed safety seals;
  • Partially consumed products;
  • Personal preference;
  • Dissatisfaction with results or lack of expected results.

Returned dietary supplements cannot be restocked or resold, as their integrity, storage conditions, and safety can no longer be guaranteed.

A replacement or refund may only be granted if:

  • You received the wrong product;
  • The product arrived damaged;
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect; or
  • A refund is required under applicable law.

If you experience any delivery issue, receive a damaged product, or believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us at contact@maynox-official.com within 7 days of delivery. Your claim must include your order number along with clear photographs of the product and its packaging so our team can review your request.

Individual results may vary. No specific weight loss or other outcome is guaranteed. Failure to achieve expected results does not qualify for a refund.
